If you have TimeTrak Outlook Add-in installed which is a free application for TimeTrak users, you can create appointments, time entries and tasks (if you have TaskTrak) from your emails.

As per above, if the application is installed you will have a TimeTrak tab appear in your Outlook. By selecting the History notes icon the pop up below will appear in Outlook. Once you have selected a client you can add, edit and delete history notes. These history notes update EXO immediately and become available in real-time to TimeTrak Professional and Mobile users if their permissions allow visibility.

Users will need to log into the TimeTrak Professional website, and select the Personalise option.

Within the personalise screen the option to install the Outlook Add-in is here:

Please make sure you run the correct Outlook Version (Not the Operating System version) for 32bit or 64 bit Outlook.
You can find your version in Outlook by going into File -> Office Account - > About Outlook
Note: Please make sure you are logged out of Outlook before installing the TimeTrak Outlook Add in.
Once the TimeTrak Outlook Add-in is selected a screen will pop up, in which you are able to select the correct version which matches your Outlook.

Once the Add-in is installed you will be able to log into Outlook again.
You should now see TimeTrak in your File menu.

This is where you will see if your software is 32 bit or 64 bit

Setup the database connection to TimeTrak and MYOB EXO.

Setup the breaks in your day.

4. Remote Support button
Get remote support from Exosoft

5. View Error Log button
Open the TimeTrak Outlook Add-in error log.

6. Report an Issue button
Send an issue to Exosoft support.

7. TimeTrak Help button
Get help using the TimeTrak Outlook Add-in.
