Bill of Materials in TimeTrak 4.0

Does your company use Bill of materials? Bill of materials are now available to be quoted in TimeTrak against a job and a CRM Opportunity.

Purchase Orders in TimeTrak 4.0

TimeTrak users can now view and create Purchase Orders against a Job in TimeTrak Professional. This will create the Purchase Order immediately in MYOB Exo with the lines assigned to it.

Draft Checklists in TimeTrak 4.0

Checklists can now be saved as a draft to be completed at a later time in TimeTrak Mobile.

Roster Classes in TimeTrak 4.0

TimeTrak 4 now has a Rostering function to set up Roster Classes and link them to Labour Codes for Staff, to identify what rates they will be charged out as or what pay rate they should be paid if integration to payroll is enabled. 

Task Import Templates in TimeTrak 4.0

If you are a TaskTrak user and require the ability to setup the same bulk tasks against a job regularly this is now possible in TimeTrak 4 with Task Import Templates! 

Contact information in TimeTrak is now easier to access
