Report Parameters:

  • Start Date: Date you would like to run the report from. (Date against the Time Entries)
  • End Date: Date you would like to run the report until. (Date against the Time Entries)

This report is to show any billable time count as part of payroll and is grouped by roster classes.

This report can be imported via the TimeTrak Admin Console following the below steps:

Once enabled, users who have access to the report based on the profile permissions assigned to the report as per below:

Will be able to search and run the report from the TimeTrak Professional website reports section.

Note: The report will be located under the Payroll heading.

This report is designed to help the administrator to access and calculate payroll for employees. Based on the new feature to bring roster classes to the time entry in 21.3, this report will be grouped by the hour based on roster classes.

This report shows three sections:

  • Time Entries Per Day
    • The first section is to show time entries per roster each day.
    • If there’s no time entry on the particular day or roster, it won’t appear in the report.
    • That’s because it depends on the data in the database.

  • Total Time Entries by Date Range
    • The second section is to group the data based on the roster.
    • It will summarise the hour per roster.

  • Allowances
    • The third section will show any disbursement counts as allowance.

Note: This report has been designed in the inbuilt TimeTrak Report Designer (not built into the website), meaning once the report parameters have been submitted, there is the ability to print the report and export the report to another file type, including an excel spreadsheet.
