A chartered accountant ‘by trade’, Rod has been involved in Information Technology since 1990.

Having first-hand experience working as an accountant, Rod saw the need for specialised business IT services in the Southland and Central Otago regions. With the desire to help small to medium businesses embark on their entry into the IT market, Rod founded Focus Computer Consultants in 1994.

A name change to Focus Technology Group some 18 years later, Rod has specialised knowledge in integrated accounting packages, software design, business management and consultancy.
