  • Invoicing – Turns jobs in TimeTrak into Invoices in MYOB Exo.
  • Mobile Invoicing – Allow certain roles to create invoices from TimeTrak Mobile even if they don’t have a MYOB Exo login.
  • Part-Invoicing – Choose which items to invoice now and which to invoice later.
  • Payments – Record payments in TimeTrak and push to MYOB Exo alongside the job charges.

Compatibility

  • TimeTrak Version 3.2 is Compatible with versions of MYOB Exo from 8710 to 2019.4
    – Support For TimeTrak 3.2 ended 30th September 2020
  • TimeTrak Version 4.0 is Compatible with versions of MYOB Exo from 8710 to 2019.4
    – Support For TimeTrak 4.0  ended 30th June 2021.
  • TimeTrak Version 19.1 and 19.2 is Compatible with versions of MYOB Exo from 8710 to 2019.4
  • TimeTrak Versions 19.3 to 24.3 are Compatible with versions of MYOB Exo from 8710 to 2024.2
    – Support For TimeTrak 19.1, 19.2 & 19.3 ended 31st January 2024.
  • Recommended version of Exo 2020.2 and above

Note: TimeTrak 21.3 onwards includes the increased stock description field of 60 to 100 characters, versions of TimeTrak prior to this will cut off the description at 60 characters when posting back to job costing.
If running a version of Exo prior to 2020.2 there are Exo database fields that will need added/ removed in order to be compatible with TimeTrak.
There are also known issues in version prior to 2020.2 with Quick Insert Template on some tables due to TimeTrak inserting nVarchar(max) fields into the Exo database.
