Checklist Audit Report
Report Parameters:
Checklist: List of all main checklists in the database
Start/ End: Date range when the checklist was created (for checklists that have been draft’s this is the original creation date prior to being submitted).
This report is not enabled by default but is available to be imported as per below:
This report can be run from either Professional or Mobile depending on users’ permissions.
As per below, this report will show you a list of all submitted checklists (excludes draft checklists not yet submitted) created between the start and end date based on the checklist selected in the report parameters.
It shows the user who created the checklist, job id and job title, the date it was created, as well as the last modified date.
The icon on the left-hand side allows users to run the checklist report on selection to see further information.
