Report Parameters:
- Date Range: Quick selection to default the Start Date and End Date.
- Start Date: Date you would like to run the report from.
- End Date: Date you would like to run the report until.
This is a legacy report written into the TimeTrak website which is unable to be adjusted.
This report is available to run from the reports drop down in TimeTrak Professional. When running from here on selection of the above parameters, there is also the below parameters:
- Client: Search and select the applicable client.
- Job: By default only the first 100 jobs display, you can include closed jobs by enabling this.
This report is only able to be run against a single job before clicking Generate report.
This is great report to display a full overview of the job. By default all transactions against the job are shown and colour coded based on their line status in MYOB Exo or black if they are sitting in TimeTrak as not yet posted.
This is indicated by the line status key in the top left hand corner of the report as per below:
When enabled, this report is also available to be run directly from the Job > Reports tab, the posting screen in TimeTrak Professional as per below:
As well as the verification by job report as per below:
At the top of the report there is additional tick box options:
- Ignore Date Filter: When enabled the date filter is ignored and all transactions against the job are displayed.
- Show Narrations: When enabled the narrations (if any) are displayed under each transaction.
- Show Stock Code: When enabled an additional stock code column is enabled where the stock code is also displayed per transaction.
- Show Stock Group: When enabled an additional stock group column is enabled where the stock group is also displayed per transaction.
- Show Cost Types: When enabled an additional Cost Type column is enabled where the cost type is also displayed per transaction.
