Report Parameters:

  • Date Range: Date range you would like to run the report for. (Date against the Disbursement)
  • Stock Code: This is a look-up of all active stock items available as disbursements within TimeTrak, there is the option to select more than one stock code

This report provides the ability to show all disbursements recorded in TimeTrak by stock code.

This report can be imported via the TimeTrak Admin Console following the same steps as below against the report prior to 22.2.

Note: The report will be located under the Disbursement heading.

This report has been designed to assist users with reviewing all disbursements recorded in TimeTrak by stock code regardless of what they have been assigned to (time entries, tasks, jobs etc)

This may provide assistance when trying to reconcile stock levels within MYOB Exo. With stock assigned in TimeTrak being displayed in the Not For Sale column by stock location, users can run this report for select stock items to see what job(s) the stock is assigned to that is not yet posted.

On running the report and selecting the parameters:

The report will display as per below, where the disbursements are grouped by StockCode, then job with both the client and job number/ title displayed and ordered by date then user name.

The quantity of disbursements assigned, sell price, sell total and stock location the stock has been consumed from will be displayed as well as a column to indicate if the disbursement has been posted to the ERP system or not.

When running from TimeTrak Professional, the client, job and disbursement icons can be selected which will display the related details.

Note: This report has been designed in the inbuilt TimeTrak Report Designer (not built into the website), meaning once the report parameters have been submitted, there is the ability to print the report and export the report to another file type, including an excel spreadsheet.

Once enabled, users who have access to the report based on the profile permissions assigned to the report as per below:

Will be able to search and run the report from the TimeTrak Professional website reports section.
