Report Parameters: 

  • Start Date: Date you would like to run the report from.
  • End Date: Date you would like to run the report until.
  • Group: Select one, multiple or all groups to define the users (based on their default group) that will display in the report.

This revised report has the same added feature as the other new reports, where you can select the icons to go directly to the Time Entries or Job from the Time Entries page and Job and Disbursement from the Disbursements page.

Report Parameters for TimeTrak versions prior to 22.2:
Please note in older versions of TimeTrak the report was referred to as:
Unverified Time Entries and Disbursements

Report Parameters:

  • Start Date: Date you would like to run the report from.
  • End Date: Date you would like to run the report until.
  • Group: Select one, multiple or all groups to define the users (based on their default group) that will display in the report.

This report is a great overview of time entries and disbursements that require verification and are yet to be verified.

The first page if the report displays Unverified Time Entries:

  • Grouped by user, then by client and job – displaying the job number and job title
  • With time entry Id, time entry user name, start date – end date and duration.

The second page of the report displays Unverified Disbursements:

  • Grouped by user, then by client and job – displaying the job number and job title
  • With disbursement date, stock code, quantity, price per unit and total price.

This report is not enabled by default but is available to be imported as per below:

Note: This report has been designed in the inbuilt TimeTrak Report Designer (not built into the website) meaning once the report parameters have been submitted there is the ability to print the report as well as export the report to another file type including an excel spreadsheet.
