This is a legacy report written into the TimeTrak website which is unable to be adjusted.

This report provides the ability to review all users or a specified user’s budget (expected work hours) and their actual recorded hours along with unallocated hours (difference between the two) and days that include unallocated time.

This is a great report for administrators to run at the end of a pay period to ensure users have recorded all time prior to completing a payroll export in instances where TimeTrak data is used for payroll purposes.

It is also a great report to run at the end of a billing period to ensure all hours are recorded prior to completing billing.

Please see below for our end of period billing work flow document where this report is also referenced: https://timetrak.co.nz/blog/category/whitepaper-end-of-period-billing-workflow/

This report provides the ability to filter the report to only those users who have unallocated time for the date period selected by clicking “Only Show user with unallocated time” as per below:

This report also provides the ability to email users that they have unallocated time with the budgeted hours, recorded hours and balance along with which days have unallocated time and how many hours are expected (based on their rostered hours).

The ‘to’ address will be populated with the email address against the specified user in TimeTrak, users can also add text to this email prior to sending:
