Mobile workstation PIN login was introduced in TimeTrak version 19.1 as per below:

From version 22.1.8, the ability to remove a user tile from a device by selecting the ‘X’ in the top right-hand corner as per below has been added:

This addition is for workshop floors where a staff member may have transferred to a different part of the business or has left the business and their user title is no longer required.

If the device is not a “trusted device” user tiles will automatically drop off after 1 day of a user not logging in.

If the device is “trusted” then the user title will automatically drop off after 30 days of a user not logging in.

Having this additional functionality provides the ability for user tiles to be removed without needing to wait up to 30 days.
