In TimeTrak from version 21.2.1, there is now the ability to easily update the task status off a checklist with an additional checklist item: “Update Task Status” as per below:

On selection of this checklist item, by setting the Data Source Type to List users can then select Insert Tasks Statuses as per below which will populate a list of tasks statuses from the database.

There is the ability to set one or more statuses to Visible for a user to select from in order to limit users selection within checklists.
