Allocate the Job Manager and/or Task User from a Queue Item in Mobile & the App

TimeTrak has been enhanced with a new feature where from version 21.3.10 onwards, there is now the ability to assign the Job Manager and/or Task User from a Queue item.

In the Administration Console against the user Profile<Queues tab, the Show Allocate To Me (Job) and/or Show Assign To Me (Task) setting must be ticked on.

Note: All Queues, that the user has access to, will now have the ability to change the Job Manager.

Allocate To Me (Job)Job Manager

  • Mobile BrowserAllocate To Me is located under the burger icon on the Queue item.

In the Mobile Browser, the Allocate To Me option will only appear if the user is not already assigned as the Job Manager.

  • TimeTrak App Allocate To Me is located by using a double tap function on the Job item to reveal the allocation options.

To refresh the queue information, refresh the home screen and return to the queue.

The updated Job Manager will now show against all TimeTrak job platforms.

Assign to Me (Task) – Task Assigned To User

  • Assign To Me is also located by using a double tap function on the Task Item to reveal the allocation options.

The updated Assign To user will now show against all TimeTrak task platforms
