Altering Posted Time via TimeSheet Manager
Do you export from TimeTrak to Payroll, but often need to make changes due to what lands on the job in Exo isn’t actually what is paid to the employee?
In TimeTrak 3.2.48 you can now make changes to posted time entries via TimeSheet Manager to either split a time entry between different labour codes or change a whole posted time entry to a different labour code.
This allows the export from TimeTrak to payroll to be correct, and updates the cost of the job to be correct (without altering what was originally posted and potentially invoiced on the job).
See below example:
David originally entered his time at standard labour and this is what the client should be charged for.
BUT for payroll purposes he is required to be paid double time, this has been changed in TimeSheet Manager and two additional lines have been added to the job as written off updating the job with the correct cost.
We have added the ability to TimeSheet Manager to edit a line or to split a line into multiple lines at different labour codes (payroll rates) for this purpose and the user then posts the costs back to the Job and into Payroll.
