In TimeTrak Professional, when adding a leave time entry for multiple days with Fill Day ticked as per below
Any Statutory Holidays (which fall on a user’s workday) within the Date Range selected will have the Statutory Holiday Time Analysis applied with the Holidays Description in the Time Entry Narration as per below and the rest of the days will be filled with the selected leave type.
When using the “fill day” function with Billable or Non-Billable Time Entries, the Statutory holidays are skipped over and can be easily be filled with the Statutory Holiday Time Analysis by clicking the Holiday Name under the Day.
Example. This Time Entries date will include the Public Holiday Labour Day, but it is a Billable entry and therefore won’t automatically fill the Holiday with the Statutory Day Time Analysis.
To quickly add the Statutory Holiday, click the Holiday name below the date.
