Did you know there are options to set a user’s time entry duration input and maximum slider duration on a ‘per profile’ basis?
There is now a new Appointment/Time Entry Duration Input setting that provides the flexibility to change the duration unit in minutes or hours.
This setting is available at a profile level, and located in the TimeTrak Administrator Console as per below:
Once the duration unit is set to hours, appointment and time entries will record time as per below:
Once the duration unit set to minutes, appointment and time entries will record time as per below:
This setting provides the flexibility for users to record their time in the durations that they are accustom to, because it is defined at a profile level you can have groups of users in your organisation who record their time in different durations.
In TimeTrak Mobile, you can also set the maximum slider duration to different values.
This setting is available in the TimeTrak Administrator Console, again at a profile level as per below:
In TimeTrak Mobile, appointment and time entries will show the slider based on maximum duration.
This is a useful setting for groups of users who use the time slider in TimeTrak and need to adjust the amount of hours that can be entered based on their workday.
