Does your company use TimeTrak Appointments? Do you require the ability to categorise your appointments?
This is now possible in TimeTrak from version 3.2.41 as a beta feature which your TimeTrak consultant can enable for you.
Appointment Categories are a Profile setting that can be set as per below:
When appointment Categories are set, this enables a service coordinator to set a Category against the appointment as per below:
This then changes the colour of the appointment in TimeTrak Professional allowing service managers and schedulers to easily identify the urgency or type of appointments in the calendar without the need to drill into them.
This colour coding is also visible in Mobile as per below, allowing Mobile users to quickly categorise and prioritise their appointments.
On drilling into the appointment, Mobile users are able to see details of the appointment category.
This feature would be useful for those companies that require the ability to set a category against their appointment perhaps like the below examples:
“Urgent Complete ASAP”
“Complete when possible”
Which provides a service coordinator the ability to quickly notify a Mobile user how urgently works needs to be completed. The Categories of Appointments can also be included into any report created via the TimeTrak Report Writer for Management to use to view workloads.
