Bill of Materials in TimeTrak 4

Does your company use Bill of Materials? Bill of Materials are now available to be quoted in TimeTrak against a job and a CRM Opportunity.

The Profile Setting “Add BOM Lines to Quotes” will need to be enabled, as per below:

Against a job or opportunity Mobile users with the correct permissions can now “Add Bill Of Material” to job quote lines, as per below:

TimeTrak will display all active kit Bill of Materials which can be searched and selected:

Once selected, users can enter the quantity required and alter the price if required.

Add Bill Of Material.

Against the job quote lines users have the ability to “Hide Kit Components” which if ticked on will only display the BOM line as per below:

If this option is unticked users are able to see all the components that make up the Bill of Materials.

Once a Bill of Material is added to a job, its components can be consumed against the job from the disbursements tab.

Select Add Disbursement from Quote Line as per below:

Components that make up the Bill of Materials appear in purple with the BOM line being read only.

Select the component line where you can manually enter the quantity or select the amount remaining button. (This will be the amount remaining yet to be consumed from the quote).

Save – To return to the job screen.

Save & New – To return to the quote lines screen where as you can see below the motor oil component used and remaining fields have been updated and can select the next disbursement to consume.
