Did you know in TimeTrak Professional, there is an option to automatically close SubTasks and appointments associated with a Parent Task?

If you have multiple SubTasks and Appointments against a Parent Task and you prefer to complete them automatically when the Parent Task’s status is changed to a completed status, tick the “Close SubTasks and Appointments” option when it appears as per below:

Note: More than one Task status can be marked as a “Complete” state, this is defined in TaskTrak settings in the Admin Console below:

If you prefer not to select the automatic closure of Sub-Tasks and Appointments option, TimeTrak will produce an error indicating that the Parent Task has Sub-Tasks and Appointments. You will be required to close these manually first and then close the Parent Task.
