In TimeTrak version 3.2.30, Mobile users now have the ability to change a contact when creating a new job by selecting from a drop down list, as per below.
This list populates with all contacts against the selected debtor.
Mobile users can also create a new contact against the selected account at this point by clicking on the plus button.
Previously, any new job created would automatically assign the ‘default’ contact against the job (like Exo does).
Note: If a job is already created and a contact needs to be changed this can be done in Mobile if the user has permission to ‘edit a job’.
Users can select from contacts assigned to the debtor or create a new contact that will be assigned against the job’s debtor.
