Disbursement description can now be edited within checklists in TimeTrak APP

In the TimeTrak APP from version 23.1.4, clients who assign disbursements via checklists can now edit the description of disbursements within the APP.

Many customers have field staff add disbursements (stock) to jobs based on answers selected within checklists.
Examples of this are;
Do you need to add a call out fee?
On selection of “yes” a call out fee is assigned to the job.

In the below example field staff are forced to select the applicable air filter used and four stock codes are available for selection:

In this example a MISC stock code is selected, field staff can see the description of the stock item and add to this or select ‘x’ to clear the description and add an applicable description as per below.

On save of the checklist the disbursement will be added to the job with the description entered within the checklist as per below:
