Do you use the standard MYOB Exo Stock Auto narrative function? This feature pulls into TimeTrak from version 3.2.28.

See below example where Auto Narrative has “Yes with Notes” selected against the stock item in Exo:

The notes tab against this stockcode then has some text entered in it:

This Stockcode is a disbursement available in TimeTrak, and when this disbursement is selected in either TimeTrak Mobile or TimeTrak Professional the narration from the notes tab is automatically brought through as per below:

This narration can then be removed or edited, if required.

The narration will post through to the job lines when the disbursement is posted.
