This Tip of the week will take you through how to find this information within the TimeTrak APP.
- Once logged into the TimeTrak APP select the menu button as per below:
- You can then select the TimeTrak logo, or About option as per below:
- Selecting either of these options will take you to the About TimeTrak screen
- All the highlighted information is important to our support team in order to provide assistance as quickly as possible.
Often the best way to get all this information is to take a screen shot on your mobile device and send this through.
