Timetrak	MYOB Acumatica	Comments
Approved Time Entries	Time Activities	TimeTrak sends hours through to the Release Time Activities screen by default. Non-Billable and Non-Productive time can be synced for payroll. Acumatica Payroll can import hours from the employee Time Cards screen. Note: Time Cards require to be generated for the period. Within the Time Card, users select ‘Correct’ for hours to display from Activities.

Sales Price Lookup	Due to the multiple parameters and complexity with Sales price calculations, anytime a price is used in Timetrak (Quoting, Disbursements, Labour Rates) we do an API call to retrieve the current value from Acumatica.
Stock Levels Lookup	As above Stock levels can change instantly or if you wish to see levels in another location it is important the info is real-time, therefore any stock level lookups while in Timetrak also do a live call to Acumatica.
Purchase Order creation	From version 24.3 of Timetrak we will be moving Purchase Orders from a synchronisation routine to a real-time scenario. This has been required to integrate with the Approvals module of Acumatica. Therefore any POs created in either Platform will be immediately available in the other.
File Attachment – direct to Acumatica	With the change to Purchase Orders above it may mean certain PO attachment would be directly attached to Acumatica from the Timetrak PO Screen.
