Outlook Add-In Settings
Do you currently use the TimeTrak Outlook Add-In?
Would you like to:
- Synchronise appointments
- Synchronise Time Entries
- Convert appointments to time entries from Outlook
This is only a tick box away!
In Outlook, click file then select TimeTrak and Settings as per below:
The below pop up will appear, allowing you to update TimeTrak Outlook Add-in settings to fit your requirements.
You can also manage and setup TimeTrak breaks from the Outlook Add-in.
In Outlook, click file then select TimeTrak and Manage Breaks as per below:
From here, you can add and manage calendar breaks.
Which translate to breaks in TimeTrak where you are not expecting to enter time but are not prevented from entering time if required.
Breaks can be a useful indicator to co-workers and service managers allowing them to see you usually take your break at this time so they can schedule work around this if possible.
