In version 3.2.30, we now have the ability for TimeTrak Mobile users to not only post and invoice their time and parts but they can now also email the invoice directly to the client.
In order to allow this function TimeTrak consultants will need to create a ‘TimeTrak Invoice Template’ this will be as close to your current MYOB Exo invoice template as possible.
This is a permission-based feature, against the profile in the TimeTrak Admin Console the user needs permissions to Post a job, Invoice a job as well as the new setting “Show Send Invoice Option”.
When the user has completed the work and clicks ‘post’ against the job they will be provided with a summary of the charges.
They can select an invoice report if you have more than one set up.
The Invoice Email field is automatically populated by the email address in the details one tab of the debtor account in Exo but can be removed and replaced with a different email address by the Mobile user.
Click Post and Invoice, as per below.
The invoice will be emailed to the client, depending on what you have set in your TimeTrak template the invoice can be sent from the email address assigned to the mobile user, or the TimeTrak Administrator email address and like any TimeTrak email notification the template can be altered to include certain data fields.
