The ability to attach a checklist item template to display information about a selected checklist was added in TimeTrak version 20.1 as per below:

From TimeTrak version 23.1, this functionality has been enhanced to display additional information about the serviceable unit including Make, Model, Class, Address, Dates as well as the last history note against the unit as per below:

This information/ functionality is also now available in the TimeTrak App.
