From TimeTrak Professional version 20.1.18 and above, a security feature has been introduced to the Professional website to allow single user login.

If a user is logged in to a Professional website and then tried to login on a separate computer or different browser the website will prompt you with a warning as per below.

The user can proceed by clicking ‘continue’ and it will log out the account on the previous device/ browser.
