In TimeTrak version 24.3, a new feature allows a TimeTrak Professional user to generate a calendar subscription for use in other calendars. Here’s a brief overview:
Key Points:
- Appointments Included: The subscription includes appointments (including recurring) from the Monday of the previous week until the Sunday of the week, 4 weeks from now. This covers 5 full weeks of appointments.
- Frequency of updates for subscription calendars varies by platform but is generally at least once a day.
Generating the Subscription URL:Â
To generate the subscription URL for the logged in user:
- Click on the Calendar Subscription button beside the Manage Workgroups button.
Note: Ensure the page divider highlighted allows enough room for the calendar buttons to show.
- Click the Copy button to get the subscription calendar URL.Â
To generate the subscription URL for other TimeTrak user’s: Â
- Double Click on the user’s name from a work group.
- Select the calendar subscription icon from the users diary screen.
- Click the Copy button to get the subscription calendar URL.
If the user is not setup in a workgroup calendar this can be accessed via User Diary.
- Select User Diary  Â
- Select the Show User Filter icon  Â
- Select the applicable user you would like to generate the calendar subscription for
- Select the Calendar Subscription icon  Â
- Click the Copy button to get the subscription calendar URL.Â
Google Calendar:
Go to Settings: Open Google Calendar settings.
- Add Calendar: Select Add Calendar > From URL.
- Paste URL: Paste the subscription URLÂ Â
- Click Add Calendar.Â
Settings: You can also access this from the calendar list.
Go to the calendar settings to change the name, notifications, and other settings.
Note: Appointments from TimeTrak will show as read-only.
iOS Calendar:
- Go to Calendars > Add Subscription Calendar.
- Paste URL: Paste the subscription URL and click Subscribe.Â
- Set Calendar Title: Name your calendar and click Add.
Done: The calendar will show in your list, and appointments will appear in your calendar.
Outlook OWA (Outlook Web App):
- Add Calendar: Select Add Calendar 
- Subscribe from web.Â

- Paste URL: Paste the subscription URL and enter a name for the calendar.

Note: Appointments from TimeTrak will show as read-only.

Outlook 365:
This method is less consistent than using Outlook OWA (Outlook Web App) which would be recommend to use over Outlook 365 for setup.
- Add Calendar: Go to Add Calendar > From Internet….

- Paste URL: Paste the subscription URL and click OK

An error may show as per below, but the calendar will still be added.


You can then rename it and change colour etc.
