Hi there

A message from our team:

We hope everyone is safe and well and looking forward to the fast approaching festive period.

Our team will be taking a well deserved break over the festive period from 12pm NZT Friday 23rd December returning Monday 16th January 2023.

On call support staff will be available over this period (excluding public holidays) should you require urgent support otherwise the support team will assist on their return.

We would like to thank you all for your continued support and look forward to continuing this again next year!

TimeTrak for MYOB Advanced:

Previously TimeTrak has been restricted to only MYOB Exo integration, however we are also pleased to offer MYOB Advanced integration also.

and the ability to calculate these within TimeTrak Professional.

New Team members: Kelly, Jonny and Ben

We have some new staff in the TimeTrak team since our last update.

Introducing Kelly, Jonny and Ben:

Kelly McDonald
Software Developer

Kelly joined the TimeTrak team in 2021 as a Software Tester and moved into a
Development role in May 2022.

Kelly has previous experience as a web/app developer and has a
Bachelor in Software and Information Technology from Lincoln University.

Jonny Watson
Software Tester

Jonny joined the TimeTrak team in July 2022. After spending 15 years as an Automotive Technician,
he’s made the transition to IT as a Software Tester.

Jonny’s time spent testing and diagnosing cars has set him up well to
find bugs and test software.

Ben Adam
Systems Engineer/Software Consultant

Ben has been with Focus since 2016 as a Systems Engineer.

After recently relocating to the Invercargill branch Ben has joined the
TimeTrak Team as a Software Consultant and is supporting TimeTrak implementations
while continuing in his role as Systems Engineer also.

What’s Coming:

Our hard working development team are already working on the first release for next year.

This includes moving Users Profiles into TimeTrak Professional and enhancements allowing single or multiple profile changes to be applied to all or multiple profiles at once.
