Have you recently upgraded to Windows 10 and are now unable to use the TimeTrak Outlook Add-In?
Below is the settings on your PC that are required in order for the TimeTrak Outlook Add-In to run which can be lost in a Windows 10 upgrade.
Check MSDTC Settings
From your Computer programmes open:
As per below:
Select the security tab
Ensure below is set:
Apply
Ok
If you still have get an error untick Enable SNA LU 6.2 Transactions:
Check your PC’s firewall settings
From your Computer programmes open
As per below ensure Distributed Transaction Coordinator has ‘Domain’ and ‘Private’ ticked on.
If not select ‘Change settings’ update ‘Domain’ and ‘Private’
