In older TimeTrak versions, the ability to enter a negative quantity for disbursements is not permitted. This option is now available in TimeTrak Mobile and TimeTrak Professional version 19.1.12 onwards.
In a typical operational environment, there may be stock quantity variations between quoted quantity and actual usage. TimeTrak Mobile Users (field technicians) or TimeTrak Professional User (supervisor) may require to adjust materials (disbursements) used for the job, sub job, task or subtask based on actual consumption. This is now allowed in TimeTrak.
Example 01: Below job posted with three Air Filters but actual usage is only one unit. Therefore, the negative quality of 2 should be adjusted to match correct usage.
Example 02: Below stock item assigned directly against the job in job costing by the finance team member. When TimeTrak Mobile user does not have access to change the stock quantity, the user can add negative value based on actual usage as per below.
