Updated notification that Time Entry includes breaks
Users who have breaks set up are prompted in TimeTrak Professional as per below, when saving a Time Entry that includes breaks.
From version 20.1.8, changes have been made to make this prompt more noticeable.
It is now in orange and closer to the ‘Save’ button
In this example, the user has a lunch break which is set up from 12.00pm to 1.00pm:
When the user creates a Time Entry which runs over a time span that includes this ‘lunch break’, the following updated notification will appear;
This prompts the user to remove or change the time of the ‘break’ if applicable.
To remove, ‘unselect’ which also removes the notification;
To change the time;
Use the up/down arrows to adjust ‘time’ and/or the up/down arrows against ‘mins’ to adjust the duration.
