Now in TimeTrak, you can add attachments to both scheduled appointments and time entries allowing you to get critical information to the team when completing their work assignments.

You can do this from either TimeTrak Professional, the TimeTrak Mobile website or the TimeTrak app.

Via TimeTrak Professional, there are a couple ways to add attachments, the process is the same for both Appointments and Time Entries. You can right click the desired appointment or time entry and choose Attachments from the drop-down menu. This will open the standard appointment/time entry window and go straight to the Attachments section. Alternatively, you can double click the appointment/time entry to open it and manually go to the Attachments section.

To add new attachments, this uses our standard TimeTrak Attachment processing interface. You can use drag and drop, or browse for files manually.

Converting Appointment

When converting appointments to time entries, any appointment attachments are also carried over to the time entry.

Related Attachments

When attachments are added to time entries using any of the methods above, they are visible on both job and task screens for the time entry using the Show Related Attachments option.
