Holidays Report

This report is available from TimeTrak version 22.2

Report Parameters: 

  • Select Year: Years for selection will display
  • Select Region: World (common to both Australian and NZ). Australian and New Zealand regions will display for selection.

This report displays the active holidays for the current calendar year which are setup in the TimeTrak Administrator Console under Holidays. From TimeTrak version 22.2, there is a new Region selection field. When selected, the following options display, allowing the user to filter the grid by region. 

Once the region has been selected the grid will then display the holidays specific to that region. In this example, Australian Capital Territory has been selected. When ‘Active Holidays Only’ is disabled, all pre-populated holidays display; 

Holidays can be added and deleted from the admin console as per above.

It is important to note that in versions prior to 23.1;
Holidays set in the TimeTrak Admin Console are excluded from time balancing when this is enabled as it is expected that these are days that are not worked therefore users are not forced to record time for these days. 

The “fill day” function will also not work for these days as there is no expected work hours for these days. 

From 23.1, Holidays are no longer excluded from public holidays and allow “fill day” functionality as per below:

This report is not enabled by default but is available to be imported.  Ensure to select the Holiday Report from the ADMINISTRATOR category as this is the updated report available from TimeTrak 22.2 onwards. 

The results will display the date and description of the holidays for the year and Region selected as follows;
