Search via Order Number in TaskTrak

Did you know in TaskTrak you can now search not only by the Task Id but by the Order Number entered against task?
A good example of this is if a client is calling you regarding a job and the only reference they have is their order number.
Previously, you would need to run a report and look through tasks until you found the one in question.
Now as long as the task has the customer’s order number in the Order No field you can search by right clicking on the Task Id search field and select “Order No”.
Enter the customer’s Order number and click the search icon.
This will bring the task in question up on screen even if the task has been completed.
Allowing you to view the task and update your client on the status quickly.
